At External Links Trading FZCO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the terms below.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original tags, packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective product
• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at externallinkstradingfzco@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personal care and hygiene products
• Opened beauty or cosmetic products
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed refund method
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, defective products, or incorrect items shipped by us.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns

European Union Customers

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The product must remain unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
